We are continuing to manufacture these caps locally.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFor the RAL Cap, we asked an embroidery factory in Gifu City, to do the embroidery, and a small hat workshop in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture to sew them.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe landscape of manufacturing sites has changed dramatically over the past 30 years, and the number of sites in Japan has decreased considerably. However, in the area where we live- mainly in Gifu Prefecture, there are still clothing manufacturing sites within an hour's drive.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBicycles are the best way to get around locally, and bike shops are critical hubs that contribute to the local community and economies. We believe they also serve as local support shops.
